Go to school.edubloom.com.ng in any browser (or open the installed app icon if you added it to your home screen).

Enter your School ID (e.g. BLOOM-0101M). This was given to you when your school was onboarded — check your welcome message or ask your AariNAT agent if you've lost it.

Choose your role — Principal or Teacher. Principals get full admin access; Teachers get a scoped-down view for their own classes.

If prompted for a password (Principal role), enter it to unlock full administrative access.

You'll land on the Revenue dashboard — your home screen every time you log in.
💰 Revenue
Your money dashboard. Shows outstanding fees this term, total collected, and per-class breakdowns. This is the screen you land on after login — your daily "how are we doing" snapshot.
🎓 Students
The master student list. Add students one by one, import a whole class from a photo/CSV, edit records, assign classes, and search/filter by class or status.
👥 Staff
Manage teacher and staff records — names, roles, contact info, and which classes/subjects each staff member is assigned to.
⚽ Sports
Track sports activities, teams, and events for the school — inter-house sports, competitions, and participation records.
🎨 Arts
Manage arts & craft activities, exhibitions, and creative program records for students.
🎵 Music
Track music programs, choir/band participation, and related school activities.
🏥 Health
Student health records — allergies, conditions, emergency contacts, and clinic visit logs.
🎓 Alumni
Keep a record of graduated students — where they went, achievements, and a way to stay connected with former students.
📉 Expenses
Log school expenses — salaries, supplies, maintenance — so Revenue vs Expenses gives a true profit picture.
🤖 Finance AI
AI-powered financial insights — ask questions about your school's money in plain English and get analysis of income, spending trends, and fee collection patterns.
📢 Comms
Send announcements and messages to parents/staff — including the automated 8:30am and 9:30am parent safety alerts.
📊 Analytics
Deeper reporting — attendance trends, score performance across classes/terms, and other data visualizations beyond the Revenue snapshot.
🔍 Scout
Opportunity/lead scouting — surfaces nearby growth opportunities or prospects relevant to expanding the school's reach.
📋 Scorecard
Where scores live — enter, scan (OCR), or review student CA/Exam scores by subject, class, and term. Feeds report cards.
🔒 Security
Account & data security settings — password management and access controls for the portal.
