Pricing tiers are based on enrolled student count and may be updated by AariNAT with notice. A school that grows past its tier will be asked to upgrade; the Service may restrict access after a grace period if payment is not made, as described in-app.
You agree not to:
Each school owns the student, staff, and fee data it enters into the School Portal. AariNAT acts as a data processor for that data (see our Privacy Policy) and does not claim ownership of it. On request, and subject to any outstanding fees, AariNAT will provide a school with an export of its data.
Where a school activates online fee collection ("BloomCollect"), payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider (Kora/Korapay). AariNAT does not hold parent or school banking credentials directly and is not liable for payment-provider outages, chargebacks, or fraud outside its reasonable control. A platform fee applies as disclosed in-app at the time of activation.
The Service is provided "as available." We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly given reliance on third-party infrastructure (Firebase, mobile networks). Offline features allow continued use of cached data during outages.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, AariNAT's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the affected school in the three (3) months preceding the claim. AariNAT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data caused by user error, device loss, or third-party service outages.
Either party may end the relationship: a school by ceasing to renew its subscription, and AariNAT by giving reasonable notice for material breach of these Terms (e.g. fraudulent activity, non-payment beyond the grace period).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ogun State, Nigeria.
