The Educational Bloom software, including its source code, design, "Educational Bloom" and "AariNAT" names and logos, and the "More Electricity. More Browsing. More Nigeria." tagline, are the intellectual property of AariNAT Company Limited (RC-1732521). No school, agent, or user is granted any ownership right in the platform itself — only a licence to use the Service as described in our Terms of Use.
Data that schools enter — student records, fee data, report cards, uploaded register photos, and similar content — remains the property of the school that entered it. AariNAT does not claim ownership of this content and uses it solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you believe content on Educational Bloom infringes your intellectual property rights (for example, a third-party trademark or copyrighted material uploaded by a school user), please send a written notice including:
Send notices to aarinat.company.limited@gmail.com with the subject line "IP Infringement Notice." We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe, and may remove or disable access to the material pending review.
A user who believes their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice to the same email address, explaining why the content does not infringe. AariNAT will assess the counter-notice in good faith before deciding whether to restore access.
AariNAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users found to have repeatedly infringed the intellectual property rights of others through the Service.
Educational Bloom integrates certain third-party services (e.g. Google Firebase, Kora/Korapay for payments, WhatsApp for messaging links). Their respective trademarks and intellectual property belong to those companies, and use of those integrations is subject to their own terms.
